Miller's Service Center

I have been having my RV serviced by Millers for over 7 years now. I have requested them to make changes in my RV several times. They installed solar panels, re-sealed my roof, made electrical repairs, Etc. I have ALWAYS been happy with their work. They always make me feel like I am their best customer. When I wanted to upgrade they sold me a class C that just what I needed.

Tried to co-sign my trailer there, it took a month to get the trailer on their site. They did not call to discuss if I should adjust price or anything after 4 months I went by and took it to sell outright to camping world. When i get to camping world I found the awning over the slider was busted (may or may not be their fault but the awning worked just fine when i dropped it off and wasnt right when i picked it up) but I found water all over the floor of the trailer. there was no water when i double checked it at pick up. Turns out they had filled up the trailer with water and it sat in the toilet and during the drive it got all over the trailer. When I asked why they didn't dump the water out after they tested they said "why would we do that?" They cost me alot of money.

We got Miller's number from the campground map. We just moved from a fiver to a used class A. We we're preparing to leave the cg and our jacks only retracted part of the way and the control panel gave us a error code. I wasn't able to clear the code which left us helpless. I called the dealer's service department where we bought the RV a month ago hoping they could talk me through it but they said it was too complicated to do over the phone. They recommended we call a mobile RV repair, the cg recommended Miller's so we did and what a blessing that was. Corey answered our call and I explained our problem. Miller's Service for RV's is tops in my book! On June 21, 2018, we set out from our campground on very narrow roads and inadvertently hit a concrete culvert that was hiding in the grass. Instantly, we knew we had an axle problem. Being that we were on vacation and traveling from the Chicago area, we looked for the closest RV help that we could find. Cory came to our rescue by driving to us (we were stranded), helping us limp our RV to the shop, helping identify parts we needed by calling around (my husband drove to Delaware to pick them up), and then putting in the new axle in the very next day (a 5 hour job). We are fortunate and grateful for our relationship with Miller's. Miller's provides safe storage and excellent service for our camper. We have made some unique modification requests and they have exceeded our expectations.
