A used truck was purchased here. About a week later, the transmission went out. Since then, there have been multiple attempts to call and get an update, but no response so far. Mechanical issues can happen, but the lack of communication afterward has been frustrating. An update or follow-up would help clear things up. Posting this to document the experience and hopefully prompt a response. Update: they did reach out after many attempts.
