Millville Service

I visited Millville Service for an oil change after recently purchasing a new vehicle from Imperial. I was unable to get an appointment for weeks so decided to book with MS. I was able to schedule an appointment online easily and staff confirmed this appointment immediately via text. The staff was welcoming and super friendly. They even wrote on the door ‘welcome’ with all the customers on the daily schedule. I thought this was very nice. It gave small town business vibes, and I am always looking to support local small businesses. I was in and out in 30 minutes for an oil change which was super ideal. Communication about status of the vehicle was given during the appointment. Waiting area was clean and welcoming. Will definitely come back for future maintenance needs! Thanks Millville Serv

Millville Service always does a great job! They always do a complete job and let you know of other things that may need some attention without being overbearing. I have had to utilize their loaner car program a number of times and the process is quick and you’re in and out of there in no time. I’ve never had a bad experience with them!

Service staff, manager and mechanics go above and beyond. Had an issue crop up, and needed a new mechanic. So glad we found them and love that they are a small family business! Online booking is easy and Sam and Natalie communicated statuses, made me feel valued. Highly recommend Millville Service. My car runs like new again! Thank you so much!
