Milly Auto/Mobile Mechanic

I am very thankful I broke down just 5 minutes from this mechanic! Eli came right out, when I drove up, to see what issue I was having and was very clear about how long it would be until they could check it out. He ended up being able to get it in in less than an hour, which was amazing as I was an hour into a 9 hour trip. He was very upfront about the price before doing anything and offered me a warm, pleasant lounge to sit in and some water. Eli even gave me a ride to a restaurant down the road while I waited. In the end they were able to fix my brake problems as quickly as possible and I was able to carry on with my trip! Eli seemed very knowledgeable about all things cars. I am very pleased with the work they did and the customer service.

This guy is very honest and, trustworthy. My boyfriend and I had a great experience. He fixed our car very fast and he fixed the problem the correct way. I highly recommend him.

First off, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for Eli and how he helped with my unfortunate set of circumstances yesterday. I took my family on a vacation and as we were headed back home, our 15-passenger Sprinter van broke down and was undriveable. At the time of the break down, we were still 8 hours away from home with no idea on how we would get back. In steps Eli, who was extremely helpful and sensitive to our situation. Upon speaking with him over the phone, I noticed he was very polite and patient with me as I explained my situation. When he arrived, he even gave me a brief diagnostic as to what the issue was and recorded video for me to send to the rental company. I cannot thank or recommend Eli and his crew enough!! I was on my way from Nashville to north AL, just me and my 4 young children (ages 6, 5, 3 and 1). My vehicle started badly shaking on the interstate. I thank God for guiding me off the interstate where he did. I did a quick search for mechanics. I saw the reviews for Milly Auto and I took a chance. Eli and his crew dropped what they were doing to help me. They were very hospitable to me and my 4 boys. The waiting room had some toys and a tv that was very helpful for entertaining the kids. Eli and his crew were diligent in finding the problem and getting me on my way again. I want to thank you again!!! If I could get all my auto work done at Milly Auto I absolutely would!!!

My car broke down on the interstate and it was just me and my dog Tex. The tow truck recommended Milly Auto. The owner & his guys were so accommodating & nice. They fixed my water pump by the end of the day. As a single woman I felt very safe & my dog loved the mechanics. Thank you!!!
