Milton Martin Toyota Service

Brought in our 2025 Toyota CamryXLE Hybrid for an oil change and a safety recall. Made the appointment for 10:30 a.m. on Friday 1/23/26. Upon arrival, I informed the Service Writer of the 10:30 appointment AND that I understood it would take about 3-hours to complete, according to what I was told when we made the appointment. I was told by the Service Writer, “Tes, that’s a good estimate, but we’ll try and get it done sooner.” That was fine with me because I had work to do and brought my computer and paperwork. At 1:28 p.m. (close to the 3-hour mark), I asked my Service Writer what the status was. I was told “We’re just now bringing it in to begin.” I took a breath and asked “So it’ll be another 3-hours now?” He replied “No sir, we’ll try and get it done faster. It’ll probably be an hour a

Purchased a 1 owner Lexus GX with very low miles in the beginning of the yr. I was told by the salesman that Milton Martin just put brand new tires on the car. I asked him “Since the tires are new… Does this mean that Milton Martin Toyota will include free rotate and balance for the life of the tires… with the purchase of this vehicle?” The salesman looked me in the eyes and said “Yes”. Now that I am ready for a R&B I called in to remind them that this should be a free service only to find out that it would not be. The service lady said sorry but we cannot do that for free. I told them I would like to speak with a manager to further discuss. Few days later I received a call from Mr. Martin telling me that his salesman miss spoke and would not honor their word even though I asked all this

2nd time into the service department to fix the same thing in less than a week. Both times we were told there would be a 2 hour wait. Last time it was 4 hours. This time I’ve been here 4 hours and I’m still waiting. How long does it take to change a tire valve?

I arrived at a good hour, where there wasn’t anyone else there for a computer alert issue. It took them about an hour to find out what was wrong and set me up to come back the following week, when they would have the new camera my car needed. All covered under my warranty. The waiting area is an open space with countertops so I could get some work done while I waited.
