Can Confirm : ) Splendid Serendipity! Knowledgeable, Fast, Friendly, maybe even Fun ; ) I ran across this place by chance and read about the great experiences of others that had came here. So, I took note of it; then I told a customer of mine I was thinking to get my mini serviced; they unprovokedly told me to come here. Wow, that's a second coincidence. Then the other day my car told me to go there when I happened to be near by. My mini was in full blown catastrophe and Ben helped sort through the problems and get to the right answers. The expertise is palpable and the care too! I'm so glad I came and happy to have my car back.

Brought my Mini Countryman in for a windshield wiper fluid leak and had an excellent experience. Fair, upfront pricing, same-day service (a huge relief with a trip coming up), and they fixed it while I waited in a comfy lounge. Great customer service—I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance!

My wife has #86 of 170 made, 2008 John Cooper Works, Mini Cooper S, sidewalk edition, manual transmission. Rare and cool and she's psycho about her car. Ben & Nick go above and beyond, are friendly and super knowledgeable when it comes to Minis & BMW's. We are private chefs and travel all over and ALWAYS looking for a good Mini mechanic and that's not that easy.... Pay attention Mini Vegas..... 🤢. These guys stand behind their work which is awesome because when cars start getting older like this you get all kinds of weird issues but they are patient and always try to give us the best value. Great and trusted experience! I was overdue on maintenance services and had various sounds that were alarming. I took my car in; Ben diagnosed and found the source of all the issues and then some. He fixed everything! My car feels like new with 183K miles on it. :) Happy we found him on Yelp. I will bring my car here from now on. If you have a Mini, I highly recommend.
