I brought my vehicle in for a recall repair and a diagnostic test, and unfortunately, the experience went downhill quickly. While Laura’s customer service and knowledge were very impressive, she was professional, informative, and a pleasure to work with. The rest of the process was disappointing. When Brian first contacted me, he was not aware that I had requested a diagnostic test and had not turned the vehicle on to check whether the engine light was on. Instead, the focus immediately shifted to difficulty opening the hood, followed by an $800 estimate to repair the hood latch and wiring, along with a $200 charge just to open the hood. This was frustrating, as the hood had been opened multiple times prior to the visit by myself, the previous owner, and a private mechanic without issue.

Raul with Mini Montgomery’s exceptional service department did a superb job overseeing my Mini’s annual inspection. It was quick but thorough. I so appreciate the genuine concern and attention I receive at each of my visits. First class operation!
