MINI of West Chester

I found a MINI Clubman on-line that was at West Chester Mini. I sent a request for information on a pre-owned Clubman S and had a quick, professional response from Brian L. I am a manager in the same business and I can attest, there are not many sales people that are as energetic and professional as this young man. I was very impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles, technology and information that he sent me. He was very transparent on pricing and options for buying. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian to anyone looking for a vehicle from West Chester!

We took the Mini in for a oil service and engine light diagnosis. Two weeks later, the car was ready! The service agent rarely returned phone calls, and when I tried to call it went to voicemail. The problem was engine oil leak from more than one source. Note that the Mini (2017 Clubman) has no oil dipstick, and to discover the oil level requires you to run the car for 30 minutes. But I digress. The car was returned, along with a tab for $4200, but wait...if you want to use a credit card prepare to pay 3% more. I am not saying the repairs weren't necessary. I am sure they were, but the communication was abysmal and not what I would expect from a dealer for BMW and Mini. I expect not to darken their door again.

I have my dream car now thanks to this team! In 5 days, Geoffrey Carpenter and his team finalized our purchase, took their time to explain me and my family everything we need to know and more. In such a short amount of time, the car was ready to purchase - impressive work. It was a pleasure to work with the West Chester team. They are responsive, attentive, extremely patient, and caring. I'd highly recommend working with them.

We bought our 21 Mini Cooper Countryman from Oto’s Mini in March of 21. Our salesman Pete Barcus was absolutely wonderful. We give him 5 stars. We have had the mini serviced there every year since we purchased it. This year (2025) was absolutely horrible. We dropped the car off on a Wednesday evening after hours for state inspection, emissions, and an oil change. We finally get a call from our service advisor Heather Detritis around 10:45 Thursday morning and I was in a meeting and could not answer. I start calling back at 11:00am and could not get an answer. Finally get a call back around 12:30. I was told by Heather Dearitis the car was due for a brake fluid flush and refill and they could not proceed without approval. Just worked with Peter and John to buy 2 cars. I know, crazy, but love the minis. We purchased a Mini Cooper S and a Countryman. They were so helpful and accommodated every one of our needs.
