Incredibly grateful for the service I received here. After repeatedly taking my car to another shop and being told nothing was wrong I came here. Within an hour they had diagnosed the problem with my vehicle, communicated that with me and contacted the supply shop to secure the parts. Charlie listened to my concerns and was very understanding and helpful. We will be sure to return to this shop in the future.

Charlie and the Crew are EXCELLENT at what they do! I especially appreciate their no sales pitch approach for un-needed additional services. Very good at communication, too. I actually feel like I understand why my car is doing what it is doing and what needs to be done to fix it. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Charlie quoted me to put on front lower control arms and a four wheel alignment. He was spot on for time and price. Quality work at a small town shop. I will be taking my car to him again.

1. Took it in to get the A/C fixed. Paid 200$ and he couldnt fix it. He said I'd need to go to a shop that does Subarus. So what did I pay for? He said he plugged something in and cleaned something. He said it was fixed, but it wasn't. 2. THEN, I took it in for brakes. Right after I leave the shop 2 lights come on, one of them I have never seen in my life. The ABS light and the BRAKE light. Three possibilities: - This guy doesnt like me personally and/or thinks he can rip me off everytime I go in. - He is completely incompetant to the point of Mental Impairment. - Its coincedence that the ABS and Break light would come on right after he had my car. I may have to go to court...who knows how many people he has robbed.
