Was recommended to come here in a Facebook local group and am glad I did! Trustworthy women running the shop! Taking all repairs here from now on! I brought in headlight assembly to be swapped out and easily did it in a hour. Waiting room is extremely relaxing for a mechanic shop!! Bathroom clean! I love it!

This business is amazing. They have amazing staff, and provide quality service. Their prices are more than fair, and I left feeling like part of their family. They have a cozy waiting area, and they made me feel very comfortable while I had to deal my fussy 8 month old baby. I will always come back here. They have both earned my business and my respect. Absolute disgusting lack of service and communication. They had my car for over 2 weeks without regular updates. To fix wires they had mistakenly damaged and severed, they thought lying about replacing them and instead using electrical tape would suffice. Then they were unequipped to replace my strut and CV axle after they told me they could. The tech severely scratched my car and had no knowledge of how to attach strut. Over a week later, the CV axle on my car failed. Luckily I had just pulled into my destination. The lack of knowledgeable work by this company was literally life threatening. After taking my vehicle to the dealership, I was told the previous work was faulty and all of my suspension work had to be fixed. Minnies said they weren't responsible but ended up paying fo

Had another shop perform a repair on my vehicle & they botched it. Then a second shop, and the vehicle's actual dealership couldn't resolve the issue. All told, between the three, my vehicle was in their possession eight (8) weeks. Minnie's resolved the issue in a matter of hours. Service was quick, professional and thorough. I even noticed on my receipt there was a discount, 10% I think. Maybe they Know I'm a Disabled Veteran? Only outfit I'll use moving forward. Thanx Minnie's.
