Mint Express Car Wash

I have been a member here since they opened, and unfortunately today I had a very disappointing experience. Celine was operating the conveyor belt while my car was in neutral, as required. When my vehicle reached the dryer, the sign was red indicating “Stop.” Since the car is in neutral on the belt, I had no control over it. While stopped, my car was hit from behind by a truck that was also in neutral. The other driver and I pulled aside and spoke briefly. An associate came over and was very helpful and called the manager. When the manager arrived, he immediately became dismissive and combative. He told us that any damage was “between y’all” and that it’s their rule that if cars are damaged, it’s strictly between the vehicle owners. We both calmly explained that our vehicles were in neu

I went to three carwashes to get the underside of my car sprayed to get rid of the salt from the road after the freeze. Only Mint Express Carwash actually sprayed the undercarriage. The attendant video'd the spray to prove to me that the machine did wash the undercarriage. I recommend this carwash.

Attendants are friendly and helpful. They’re always restocking clean towels and keeping the vacuum area clean. There are so many car washes in the area but this is my go-to car wash. Updated 9/22: I went back to this car wash and spent quite some time cleaning my daughter’s car. One of the attendants, Eliel, noticed I was there for a while. He brought me complimentary water bottle to beat the heat. I asked for his name so I could mention his excellent service in my review. Great job in training your employees!

This car wash express was very awesome with nice features inside and out. My experience was more than great from the fragrance to the glass cleaner and the supplies that you guys provide. It was 10 out of 10. I’ll be sure to come here. Again

After purchasing your monthly wash subscription, my first 3 days were great. On the 4th day, at 3 pm, you were CLOSED, on Monday Nov. 24. No lights on, no attendants & the lanes were blocked off. Not good.
