I don’t owe them anything which is cool and for that I’m thankful, I can spend the money I literally missed meals to raise to pay them somewhere else, but I hope the next person they encounter that’s having a rough go at it they give grace, because people are on edge, and the lady that takes payment DESIREE is the the rudest person ever and looking at her I understand why, but I hope they never have to choose between feeding their kids, feeding themselves and paying bills that support said kids. I purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot Touring. Extremely clean vehicle inside and out considering the year with traditional wear and tear. It has over spray paint job on the front driver side but still looks good. Tom worked with me on the down payment, differed the note so I could cover taxes over 3 payments. Day one after driving off I drove about 100 miles and the car performed well. I was extremely pleased. Day two I received a charging light indicator and soon after I was stranded on the side of the road. I called Tom and Tiny (finance Director) and they hesistated, but told me a wrecker would be out soon as he finished another job. We recently purchased a vehicle from Minter Auto. We are very pleased with their hospitality and help. We were struggling to find something affordable. Minter came to our aid. There's a reason why they've been around since 1955.

Trash experience! Bought a car and after a couple of weeks the motor went out returned the car they said they put another motor in it. Motor went out again after 5 months they kept the car for almost 4 months "fixing it" and when I went to the lot was told the car was sent to the junkyard and couldn't be fixed, when really they fixed it and put it back on the lot to sell. Now having the car back for 3 months something else is wrong with the motor and they said they will not help! Don't walk, but run from this dealership. Straight SCAM

bought a car from here - first issues was 3 days after getting the car the check engine light came on - following that 7 days go by car turns off completely nothing works in it etc. when I spoke with them was offered nothing but to turn in the car - I haven’t even made 2 weeks with this car. Please avoid this place at all cost.
