After spending over $17,000 at this business, I can confidently say that you should take your business elsewhere. I gave them a list of repairs to make, and they had a total of 3 months to help us. They failed to diagnose or even find the leak in our Gray tank, and they failed to fix our tank sensors. Due to continuous "communication issues" within different departments, my tank issues were never solved. I called multiple times, spoke with multiple parties (both the receptionist and the service department) during this 3 month period, and even though I communicated everything I possibly could about the issue over and over again, it remained uninvestigated and unfixed. I called several times to ask if they found the leak, but each time, they dismissed my concerns and assured me that "there

Minton was courteous, friendly, professional and excellently performed necessary upgrades to the rear suspension of our 2021 Class C RV. The problem was the back of our RV was 4-6" lower than the front and was causing issues to the undercarriage when encountering low clearance scenarios. After ordering the parts, they were able to get the whole computerized airbag system on and alloe us to be on our way without any delays or hiccups. As a traveler just passing through we were very happy and satisfied to get the work performed in a timely manner so we could go on our merry way with confidence.
