Today after spending $15 to wash my car, I got harassed by staff at this car wash. As I was vacuuming and cleaning out the interior of my car a woman hiding her face with a rag, dressed in uniform decided to approach me and demand I show proof that I paid to wash my car there. After accusing me of using the vacuums without paying, I then demanded to speak to her manager right away and he went on to say “ Oh um you have to pay to use our vacuums, we don’t have signs here anymore because we have done construction but you must pay $5 to use our vacuums here.” Where I asked why would I do that when I already paid $15 to wash my car? Your staff didn’t mention that at the entrance when paying to wash my car. Why wouldn’t he inform me of that then? After saying that he paused and realized I had p

🚨⚠️ WARNING – DO NOT USE MIRA MESA AUTO SPA! ⚠️🚨 I am sharing this to alert the public about harassment and racial discrimination I’ve personally experienced at this location. As a Black American woman and a paying customer, I have been humiliated and singled out by staff on more than one occasion and management refuses to address it. ⚠️ Incident #1: During my first visit, a Hispanic female employee aggressively approached my car while I was there only for a vacuum service. She speed-walked up, raised her voice, and accused me of not intending to pay in front of other customers clearly trying to embarrass me. This was unprofessional, humiliating, and based on an unfair assumption. I was a paying member (my membership simply needed renewal), and her behavior was unacceptable. ⚠️ Incident

Not a suitable car wash for everyone, affordable but not worth it. Some of the vacuum cleaners are not working.

New update:2025 This car wash frequently closes for long periods of time without any notice. Don’t rely too much on this place. ————————- Updating: I was interested to try the wheel blast service and I paid $5 more for this one,but as you can see in the photos it was totally vast of mony.I mean don’t vast your money.unfortunately it didn’t clean my wheels at all and I cleaned them with a towel.that’s why I changed 5 stars to 3 stars.

Beware of signing up for their memberships! I came out to Mira Mesa 2 years ago for work and decided to sign up for their wash membership while here. Never had any issues with the wash quality or the staff themselves, but no matter what you do to cancel the membership when it’s not needed anymore, you can’t. No one answers the phone number listed online and I never received any confirmation through text that I could cancel from. I literally had to go through my bank and put a stop payment to them, otherwise they’d still be withdrawing payments to this day.
