I picked Miracle Clean Detailing because I heard they were the best in town! When I called and made my appointment I was very clear, that my car was very bad. I had bought it off of a guy, and let me tell you just gross! The morning I dropped off my car, Ira opened the back door and said in a disgusted voice as he quickly shut the door, "that is a lot of dog hair!" I replied yes I know. He then quoted me a price that I agreed on. When I went to pick it up, there was about an inch thick spot of dirt where the cup holder pulls down out of the back seat. Very visual! So He came out and wiped it up. Then when I was about to leave, I pulled the shifter back into drive, and that area was also still dirty! I had to go get him again! He gave me an excuse that they don't move the shifters for liab

Drove 45 minutes to get an estimate on a damaged drivers door and they didn’t want anything to do with it. For some reason they quoted that it “wasn’t a ding and it was that stupid tri coat white color.” Very unprofessional.

They did a beautiful job of detailing my car, inside and out. It looks brand new. They were friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend them.

I just want to know how you leave popcorn. Them charge an extra 20 bucks The seats weren't even cleaned. also found a nail filer under my seat. I could have done a better job myself and saved 160 bucks. Never again
