Mirak Hyundai Service, Tires, Parts, and Accessories Center

I scheduled a recall appointment, showed up at 11:00 AM (30 minutes early), and trusted them with my car. Staff took it, confirmed the recall work, and told me to come back at 5:00 PM. At 4:00 PM, after my car had been there for almost five hours, I got a call saying they didn’t have the parts for the recall. That moment was honestly shocking and frustrating. Appointment reason was known in advance, yet no one checked parts availability before taking my car and wasting my entire day. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, Davit Petrosyan, the manager, told me the supervisor was unavailable and asked if I could come back the next day. I explained that my car was not safe to drive and asked how I was supposed to do that without spending more money on Uber. No empathy or viable solution. I

Took my car to be inspected while our Hyundai was in to have a battery checked (which was also botched but that's a different story). When I came to pick up my car, they had replaced the number plate bulb. Never asked if I wanted it replaced and got charged $45 for it. As far as I know, even if that light is required, I should have been given the option to have it done where I want within 60 days and return for inspection there for free (per MA law), not forced to pay for it (by the way, the car passed inspection previously with thar light off). So don't go there for inspection unless you're fine having unwanted charges shoved down your throat.

I told them there was a recall on my car related to the battery. They ignored me and didn't fix it. Next day battery was so dead the doors wouldn't open. I sent them texts and emails. No response. It's too bad. This is the best car I've had, but when I get a new car next year, I'll go somewhere else.

Made an appointment for 11. Was told the service would take an hour and a half at most. The service took over three and a half hours and there was no communication at any point, including when we reached out to the line provided, no one would take a call at the general phone line, or when showing up and asking staff. There was no room in the waiting room. I regret buying a service package when I bought the car at Mirak, I will not be going back here.

The team here did a great job. They were very communicative throughout the process and willing to answer all my questions. The problem with my car was fixed correctly and service was performed in a reasonable amount of time.
