The customer service both in person and via a phone conversation I overheard was excellent. Mike assisted me and he was great. Pricing was fair and in fact, the diagnosis didn't take the full hour quoted so they discounted the fee. In the end, I did not have them perform the service due to overall cost vs value of vehicle, but I would trust them to perform quality work with fair pricing in the future. Go see Mike, give them a try!

This place is the most honest and professional shop I’ve ever been to. They are in constant communication with you while the repairs are being done. The customer service they provide is outstanding. I was apprehensive about bringing my BMW 440i to a shop other than the dealer ship, but I can assure you they do much better work and don’t nickel and dime you. My wife and I have used them for all of our cars and always had an amazing experience. They are super organized up front about everything before they perform the service, which I truly appreciate. I recommend them to everyone I know and that is not something I do normally. I truly wish there were more businesses like then left in this crazy world. Thank you for being amazing 🙏
