I came into this shop on a Friday afternoon already having a really hard day. I had just received some scary news and still needed to get an oil change and a headlight replaced. I’ll be honest: I know absolutely nothing about cars, and I showed up pretty emotional, with tears rolling down my face. From the moment I walked in, I was met with nothing but kindness. The young woman at the front greeted me with a warm smile, and despite it being around 4:20 p.m. on a Friday, they took me in without hesitation. I was introduced to Chris, who was an absolute gentleman. Through my rambling, I explained what I needed: an oil change, a headlight replacement, and a few concerns I had about my older car. My needs: rotate rear tires to front and receive two good used tires for the rear. Experience: as soon as I arrived I was greeted and i was able to explain my needs. I was immediately given an EXACT quote without looking in the computer. Once I agreed I was told to pull into port. Two mechanics IMMEDIATELY began working on my vehicle at the same time. The used tires that I received had plenty of thread on them. Within 10min my car was done. My bill: $74.90 -no wait -they never asked me to give them the keys -no upsell -what was quoted was what was paid -all mechanics on staff was working and not lacking off in the distance. Note: my experience was based on my needs and therefore you may have a slight different experience. Overall I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Honest and Excellent Service! I came to Miramar Tire and Service for a second opinion after getting a crazy estimate elsewhere. The team quickly found the real issue—a small pipe leak and a faulty condenser—and repaired it at a fair price. No upselling, just honest, professional service. They explained everything clearly and treated me with respect. I truly appreciate their integrity and highly recommend them!

Reasonable price BUT not very patient people. The lady in the front has no business doing customer service. There is an older guy in the office in the back, ask to talk to him if anything.

Horrible horrible customer service . Came in and went to the office after I called 4 times to ensure I can come now and when I arrived they were sitting around not helping or care to find out what we needed. The ppl in the office told me I have to go outside to talk to mechanic or I won’t get helped. All the mechanic told me was to move my car out of the way so he can help someone else. Don’t waste your time going here
