I purchased an Isuzu NPR back in June. I just wrote a $3600 check to my mechanic making it a total of $6800 in repairs since I purchased the truck. The DEF filters needed to be replaced all of the clamps and hoses because a lot of it was rusted and spray painted over, radiator had to be replaced, transmission got stuck and needed to be repaired. I ended up having the mechanic do all the fluid flushes and replace all the filters and when he did the oil change in transmission fluid, he said it looked like it hadn’t been ever done. When I called the dealership in July, I spoke to someone in the office about the check engine light and filter lights coming on. She assured me that they would fix the truck, but their mechanic was in the hospital and would have him call as soon as he returns. I c
Staff is super friendly! Phillip helped us and answered all of our questions. Got to test drive the truck we came to see and are very happy with it. Cant wait to get it signed over! Highly recommend Miranda Motors!
Don’t buy from here all I’m gonna say. I bought a dump truck from them the 1st day of bringing it home the engine light went on, it ended up being the catalytic converter. They told me they would fix it so I drove the 3 hours back to them and they gave me an even rusted cat 2 months later engine light turns back on and it is again the cat. Buyer beware that’s all I’m saying
I am buying my third truck from them! For my tree service business. Super friendly, honest and stood by a couple very minor issues I had w a cab over we bought. Took it back , fixed!! No problem! As long as They are there I will go to Phil for my used cab and chasis needs. Sometimes I just walk the lot for fun ...😊
