After traveling miles and miles visiting shops around the county I happened to stop at MAS&Service. Kyle was able to get my 55 chevy handling and performing like no one else did. He had lots of advice and suggestions and explained why and listened to my concerns. What a treat to drive my car home like I expected it to. Girlfriend took a vehicle in for alignment and tire rotation and vehicle was returned with snapped off lug stud and only 3 lug nuts in front tire. This was a preexisting issue that they DID NOT CAUSE but my complaint is that they allowed a seriously concerning safety issue to leave the shop without even bringing it up at pick up. The stud cost me 3$ and a few minutes to repair myself so I don't understand why it wasn't brought up. My girlfriend did tell them she wanted to stay around $300 for the work which they did do but a phone call and notification that this was unsafe to drive should have been made regardless of repair price, especially since the cost was minimal. Also no witness marks or tool marks on anything after alignment so I don't know what method they used to complete the alig

So I just wanna thank you for taking the time to help us. When I tell you the service is Top Tier, it’s no lie. I was a little ways from home ( Milwaukee Wisconsin) My transmission started acting funny on the freeway and Mishicot came to the rescue. Service, prices and hospitality is A-1. The Best!! We had used a number of local auto repair shops over the years for a variety of Auto Repairs with decent results. But when we had reoccurring issues with our Truck not running well we then reached out to Mishicot Auto Sales to give us an second opinion. This was our first visit experience with Mishicot Auto as we live approx. 35 minutes away... But with-in minutes of their staff diagnosing our truck running issues he uncovered a variety of concerns. We always go here if we need repairs. They have gotten us in quickly in an emergency and the prices are good. It's like taking your car to your dad who will be honest about what your car actually needs and they won't try to rip you off with repairs that aren't needed right now.
