I am very pleased with Mission Auto Repair for their expert care of my 2011 Toyota Camry. You can trust them every time to do a professional job on all repairs, to be honest, and to perform their work in a reasonable timeframe at very fair prices. Their staff are very friendly and accommodating and their shop is a very clean and pleasant place to wait. We need more businesses to follow their example of giving back to the less fortunate residents of our area.

Gracie, at Mission listened to the problems I was having with my Toyota Tacoma made notes and give me a estimate for the work to be done. Mission confirmed my problem was with my Air Conditioner compressor. They stayed in touch with me every step of the way with progress and cost to correct the problem. I had this truck to my local Toyota dealer before who never fixed the problem and charged me $800 for throwing parts at it that never fixed anything. I would hHghly Recommend Gracie and her crew at Mission Auto find the problem and correct it for you. Great work and a fair price $$.

Inspection this visit and repair on my daughter’s car to fix the heat. Very nice folks at this business. When I dropped off, I had a low passenger rear tire that I forgot to tell them about- no problem- they added air without me telling them- it’s the little things that go a long way.

I dropped off my car for a VA State Inspection last week and everything seemed to go smoothly. I needed new parking lamps to pass inspection, which Mission nicely replaced without labor charge. Upon picking up my car I noticed the electrical system was completely dead and I was unable to start my car. I knew the battery was old but everything was working fine when I dropped it off in the morning and the receptionist's response was, "That's weird, we just parked it 30 minutes ago." I asked if they could take a look at it that day and they said they said they had no appointments and could possibly take a look tomorrow. This was annoying since they just inspected it and gave it a pass despite it clearly being unsafe for the road if there is now an electrical problem present on their watch, bu
