After a bad experience at Sunnyvale Ford getting an oil change for my Ford Transit I came to this location. I had a great experience today, was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The customer service staff were helpful. Nobody made me stand around. Each person seem to care about whether I was helped or not. The stands in great contrast to the people working at Sunnyvale Ford which seem to want to ignore customers. I will continue to take my van to Mission Valley Ford from now on.
This employees don’t have good attitude when call for any service
Gorge at the parts desk is the man. The last 4 years have always been helping me. I had never needed to say, " Can I get a physical item check?" he does it. He is honest and knows his way around the parts catalog. He listened and detailed with my request and does without asking.
