Made an appt to change the oil in my car. When I dropped it off they said it would be an hour and a half. I go get a cup of coffee and call back after 1.5 hours to check if it’s ready and they tell me they haven’t started on it yet and it’ll be another hour and a half. Would have been great to get that update earlier or even better that they honor scheduled appt times. Update: got my car 4 hours later and they tell me that my back two tires are needing to be replaced soon because the tread is low. Crazily enough, I just had all four tires replaced with brand new ones the day before! They didn’t have much to say after I brought that up. So scammy. Have caution when dealing with this business. Go anywhere else if you can.

Recall and smog. Recall was taken care of no issues but then my truck didn't pass smog. I was told it didn't have enough drive cycles due to possibly a battery disconnect. Was also assured it was not due to recall repair but driving home I noticed my clock was reset indicating the battery was disconnected. Not a huge deal because I took the truck somewhere else and it passed smog but think I got ripped off 60 bucks. Lesson learned. Dont do recalls and smog together.

Old school, found the truck online doing a search. Called them. Showed up drove the truck made the deal. Easy Peezy, probably only took 30 minutes or so to get out the door. And they were also very accommodating. Seeing how I left my checkbook home they drove two hours to deliver it for free.

Exceptional phone call customer service, parts department over the phone ordering and counter service. Everyone is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I'd recommend Mission Valley Ford to anyone. This is a long time location focusing on great service rather than flashy showroom and much better than the usual automall type Ford locations. 👍👍👍🫡

This place is unbelievable. A complete joke Ford trucks or nothing like they used to be. And you cannot even find enough mechanics to fix everything that’s wrong with them constantly. I would strongly urge people to stay away from purchasing a Ford truck. They are a complete joke, especially for an average of $100,000.. This is the third time our truck has been in for leaking axle seals. As I’m here to pick it up I find they didn’t even fix the problem and another truck rolled in with the same problem.
