Paid for the highest option “titanium” which supposed to include undercarriage and wheel shine etc etc and it did nothing…. I get my car is dirty but pretty much a waste of time and money going here since I just have to do it myself or go somewhere else. The underside of the truck & wheels seem like they barely got wet.
The car wash itself is awesome and does a great job and I highly recommend it. I’m taking away one star because I feel like I’m Pressured to give a tip when this is supposed to be fully automated. When I am being asked to give a tip for absolutely nothing, I feel pressured And it’s an uncomfortable position.
I had a great experience purchasing new tires and getting an alignment at the new Les Schwab in Blaine. They came recommended from my friend in Washington and didn't disappoint! Great warranty, good prices and nice waiting area.
I was disappointed with my recent car wash. The back window of my SUV was still dirty afterward, and the wash didn’t even touch the fresh snow in the wheel wells. For the price, I expected better coverage and a more thorough clean. Hoping this was just an off day, but it didn’t meet expectations.
employee was rude about pricing. took our money and just walked away. bought the most expensive wash. Our car was pushed through the wash bay, it took approx 20 seconds from start to complete dry. the car ahead of us and behind us got pre sprayed by employee and we did not. car bay had a stinky smell as we went through. vehicle did not get clean at all. nor dry. worst car wash ever. poor customer service. never again
