BEWARE OF MR. CAR WASH: I rarely write reviews, but the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism at the Cypress, TX location demands it. My daughter’s brand-new car was damaged during their wash. Their own video footage shows the vehicle exited the car wash with clear, visible damage. The manager promised to follow up but never did. I had to make several calls. When I finally reached him, instead of taking responsibility, he gave excuses and denied what the footage clearly showed. This is a textbook case of a company refusing to be accountable for damage caused on their property. Mr. Car Wash loves to market themselves as “the best.” The truth? If you value your vehicle, steer clear of this location. Empty promises, no accountability, and no respect for customers.

****** BEWARE ******* I recently signed up for services at Mr. Car Wash, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. Their car wash machine was so harsh and poorly calibrated that it ripped off my passenger mirror—which was folded closed before entering—and popped open my fuel cap, which is a push-to-open design. This is completely unacceptable for a business that is supposed to clean and protect vehicles, not damage them. The on-site staff were apologetic and helpful, and they quickly filed an incident report. However, I was told that the store manager, Issac, would call me for the next steps—what a joke! He leads the conversation with, "We'll go ahead and fix it this time!". The lack of urgency and accountability from management is beyond frustrating. He blamed my vehicle numerous time

Gor the price of the car wash this location is trash. No covered area to vacuum and dry car, no towels were available, and vehiclebwas not very clean after wash. Quick quack is down the street go there instead

Nice car wash seems generic these days not really that special, also it’s more expensive than quick quack who gives you a free towels to use to dry your vehicle which is needed. Mister wants to charge you $1? Even for platinum level customers at $50/ month Maybe throw one in for sign up? Just doesn’t feel like a Mister car wash that was a step up anymore. Use to go to Mister car washes and get a boot shine and have extra hand detailing options. This one is just a car wash nothing special.pretty expensive for what it is. I’d wouldn’t use mister if my truck fit through other car washes.

Great experience at Mister Car Wash today. Isabella was super friendly, and Chauncey did an amazing pre-scrub. My car came out spotless. Definitely recommend!
