Mister Car Wash

I like this place but I drive from Brooks to get my vehicle washed and it was closed. From my understanding it had been this way all morning. They upgraded equipment and it was messing up. Technically is fast. Why couldn't you post it on your page. 😡

The young lady who assisted me was very friendly, and patient with me adding a new car, and removing the previous one. She explained everything clearly so that I understand the entire process. Payment dates, and all. Thank you to the young lady.

I used to go to the Mister Carwash in Alabama on a regular basis, and when I saw there was one in Griffin, I decided to go there. The wash itself was fine, and the attendant was nice, however, I was surprised to see that the towels and other cleaning supplies are not provided. You had the option to buy a towel for $1 after paying $26 for a car wash. I was surprised by this because the other locations I've been to had complimentary towels and glass cleaner and other car washes in the area also provide the towels and cleaner when you purchase a wash. I decided to buy a towel and when I walked up to the attendant with a dollar bill, she said they only take cards. Requiring a credit/debit card for a $1 purchase seemed unnecessary. I am very upset! In Dec I needed a quick wash before picking up a relative and stopped at this Mr. Car Wash. It's far from home, but it's on my way to the airport. They had a special so I did a wash for $11.49. I haven't been back that side since. Now in Jan I see a new charge to my account from Mr. Car Wash at 4 am. I was not told of a recurring charge, and certainly did not agree to any more service or charges as I don't live anywhere near to them. I want back my money please. Very VERY UPSET.

I am very pleased with the service at the Griffin location. The employees are friendly and helpful if needing assistance. They keep up the service and upgrades on the equipment. I've had a good experience for the last few months and have been very satisfied with the job it does. Thanks again and keep those brushes rolling.
