Mister Car Wash Headquarters

Vehicle was damaged on LPGA in Daytona Beach, FL and general manager Dakota won't fix it. I have been a member of this car wash for over a year. I have a new Mercedes Benz. And after 3 weeks I go to the car wash and this happens. I immediately grabbed an attendant and they took pictures and filed a report. They said within a few days Dakota the manager would call me. He did not. I had to call corporate and the following day Dakota called me and stated they have an image of one side having small paint chips. Which is interesting considering I bought the car new and have pictures showing the car in pristine condition - the cop out so they don't have to pay to get it patched floors me. Before I entered the wash I asked if my truck met their qualifications. They insured me it did, even though I had a rack on top. I trusted them as they said they would turn off the top brushes to prevent damage. They never turned off the top brushes and it ripped my rack off, scratched my truck, dented my truck topper, destroyed my fly rod case, and broke all my fly rods. Around $5,000 in damage which they admitted was completely their fault. However, they aren’t covering a penny. You read that right… they admitted operator error and that it was their fault, but so far won’t be covering a penny. After 8 days of attempting to settle this matter, I have yet to receive a retuned call, email, or correspondence. Avoid at all costs.

Vehicle was damaged in car wash 7/13/25 Miranda Maston was the person conducting the investigation. Admitted the video shows the part being damaged by the wash. But then declined claim. Due to vehicles age, due to part not being an original installed part from the factory because she saw a small piece of tape. How the hell would she know that. Poorly installed part according to her. Called her then she denied making any statements and hung up on me. She needs to be fired ASAP. Don't take your car to any of their locations. Car will get damaged.

Your policy requiring RFID stickers on the outside of the windshield made me cancel two memberships. I’ve never once had an issue with my RFID being read inside the windshield, yet somehow the justification for this rule sounds like it came from a kindergarten brainstorming session. Instead of asking paying customers to slap your logo on their cars as free billboards, perhaps invest in upgrading your equipment so it can do the job it’s supposed to. Nobody signs up for a membership to become your unpaid advertiser or to ruin the look of their own vehicle just to accommodate outdated technology.

My rating is based on my local Mister Wash in Greenville Michigan. If it worked as well as the ones I use in Grand Rapids Michigan, Lubbock Texas, and Orlando & Lakeland Florida, my rating would be a 5! But every time we get a wash in Greenville my truck, or my wife's car, comes out with more spots (see pics) on it than it had when we drive in. The spots are all over on he hood as well but don't show up in photos due to light gray color of truck. Spots appear to be from soap or hard water. Greenville either uses too much soap, not enough rinses, dirty rinse water, or their ionized water is not working. Additionally, the shammy wipe at the end streaks the windshield every time. My wife and I have both talked to the Greenville personnel about the issue 2 or 3 times to no avail. Talking with
