Mister Car Wash

A hydraulic hose burst and covered my car in oil, making it difficult to see out of the windows. The staff was prepared to let me leave without properly cleaning it until I insisted. Even then, they could not remove all the oil. I was sent to their Humble location after being told they would call ahead and have my car washed and hand-dried. When I arrived, the staff had no idea about the situation. They washed the car, but the oil still was not fully removed. I was promised a call from the district manager, which never happened. Due to the lack of accountability and poor service, they have lost my business. I do not recommend signing up—save your money and go elsewhere.

The roller didnt lift up, crushed my roof, scrapped my rims, and messed up my suspension. After is jerked off track. They had no compassion, no care just sorry this hasn’t happened before. Sent me to “their body shop” of choice. After my car came out tore up they didn’t even shut it down cars went right on in.

I have 3 stars because the vacuum station does not have any dry towels to help dry some spots still wet. Will be nice to add towels.

Great car wash- friendly staff. I enjoy the monthly plan for $29 i can wash my car every day if i want. If you have a trailer hitch the spinning wheels will not wash your rear end: the fix is remove the hitch. Other than that minor inconvenience the wash is outstanding.

The attendants at the Atascocita location are very friendly and greet you with a smile and when you leave they wave goodbye. Great customer service. Location always clean and equipmworks well.
