Definitely do not recommend. On August 23, my car’s bumper was damaged during the wash. Right after exiting the car wash, I called the staff and had a report filed. I also received an email the same day confirming that they were aware of the issue and would review the camera footage and get back to me. I didn’t hear anything for 10 days, so I sent an email—no response. I tried calling—no one answered. I even went back to the wash location and spoke with the same person who filed the report, and he said they were still reviewing the footage. About 3–4 days later, he called me and said they had reviewed the video and would not cover the damage because there was supposedly a protrusion on my bumper. There is just better places for the same price. I had an emergency so had to stop. Even at the base price, you should be receiving a clean car, not have spots missed and debris left on the vehicle. Every car wash needs to go touchless I cannot emphasize that enough. Still had leaves, dirt streaks, and bugs on the windshield.

Every single time I get my car washed here, it’s the worst experience. I end up having to wash it again somewhere else or spend extra time and effort using my own water and spray liquid to clean it myself. They don’t use enough water to soak the car, the amount of soap is minimal, and the pressure is insufficient. There’s absolutely no point in getting a car wash subscription because I end up spending more to wash it elsewhere or wasting my time on the leftover spots that are unsoaked. I even have to buy my own wash towels. It’s a very stingy model to offer subscriptions for a wash.

It is an ok car wash, I just can’t get over the fact that towels are not provided to dry the car after using their service.

Had 2 of my cars detailed by Keith. He did a great job. Both cars he cleaned up for me were service cars and not well maintained. He made both cars look new. Very good service and great price. Thank you.
