Mister Car Wash

Got the most expensive package and didn’t even clean the back half. And the air gun blows 10psi max. They charge extra for towels. What a scam. Now we have to go somewhere else to get it done right!

Mister Carwash in Kemah is the best. Me and my husband both do a lot of driving and we like keeping our trucks looking their best. Great Service always with a Smile💙

The car wash itself is great but the girl working the kiosk was something different. She tells me the ultimate is on sale today for $16. I say yes and she proceeds to try and sign me up with a membership. She didn't say if you sign up for a membership it's $16. I opted for the $14 wash and after that she asked how much I wanted to tip and I said $1. She quickly hit $5 and asked for payment. I told her she did that pretty quick and laughed at her then reminded her I said $1 and not $5. She had to cancel and redo the transaction. I wonder how many people she rips off in one day. They shouldn't be allowed to touch the tip screen, especially her. Keep an eye out for a shady saleswoman at the kiosk. The car wash is great. I love the way it washes my car. I have a monthly membership. I just have one complaint their scanners will not read my sticker. They say it’s because of the high-end cars have some kind of a special windshield, but I sat at the Aldi‘s and I watched all these cars go through and mine does not work never has. They’ve changed it out and blame it on some kind of special glass Lexus cannot be the only cars that have this special glass. That’s my only complaint. I pay for convenience and don’t get it.

Had a membership here for a little over a year and just cancelled my membership. The vacuums worked good and the car wash was decent. Within my membership here, I've had two employees come up to me and hit on me as Im cleaning my car. It's just not professional. I had another guest here drive past my car multiple the one visit and park next to me and watch me clean. I took pictures and reported him to the manager and was told I'll hear back but never did... As a girl who just wants to clean her car, I shouldn't have so many problems with employees not knowing boundaries.
