Mister Car Wash

Came in on New Year’s Eve to get a 20$ wash. After the wash I noticed my car was still dirty (especially by the wheels). I tried getting Mr. Nathan Smith to help me resolve the issue but he was super rude and acted like he did not want to help me. In result of this, I had to contact corporate just to get a refund. NEVER SHOP WITH THEM OR DONT EVER LOOK FOR NATHAN SMITH TO HELP (HIS PEOPLE SKILLS SUCK).

Good service. Attendant was great. Blowers don't dry car completely. Leaves water spots on windows

I subscribed to their monthly membership and get free car washes all month long. Usually Monday’s and Thursday’s to make sure my truck look great for the week and the weekend. What is more special is their employees always have a great attitude, willing to help and go out of their way to make you feel special. I would definitely recommend them for all of you that want there vehicles looking new and be Treated special every time you visit one of their location.

Stay away or better yet, BURN YOUR MONEY. This is the second location I have had issues at. The car WAS NOT CLEAN by any measure. It was still WET when I pulled out and there is no one there that hand dries. And finally, their TIRE SHINE MIGHT ACTUALLY BE MOTOR OIL. It does not go on evenly, and looks like it's dirty and dripping off for days afterwards. It leaves a disgusting goo all over my wheels every time. It slings itself all over the paint, so then the car is even more dirty the next day when the dust sticks to it. And finally, when I ask them to not do the tire shine they say, "Sure!" AND THEN THEY DO IT ANYWAY. Bad company, poorly run, outdated or poorly adjusted equipment. Save yourself the headache and find another car wash.

I recently opted for the Titanium wash and was thoroughly impressed with the results. A special shoutout to Berlin, who was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the different wash levels to me. Her expertise made the experience much better. Highly recommend!
