Excellent customer service. Jay was the employee who attended me, he was very nice and made me feel welcomed. It was my first time going to a car wash so I was a little skeptical but he broke down the whole process for me, will definitely come back to mister.
Terrible car wash. Price of the titanium wash was way over for the wash that I got. Might as well have gotten the base wash. Didn’t clean the entire truck or remove all the soap. You DO NOT get a towel for the price of the titanium wash. Tire shine was a joke. As I’m pulling into the vacuums, the side of the vacuums were turned off with no indication that they’re off (cones, caution tape etc.) WILL NEVER RETURN
I had an amazing experience with the wash. Thr manger on shift Miguel gave us an amazing experience as well as an employee named Arabella. 10/10 recommend.
