I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mitchell’s Body Shop. I unfortunately hit a deer, and it caused some real damage to my truck — but Mitchell’s made it look like nothing ever happened. To my surprise, the entire process was smooth and the wait time to get my car back was easy. Shelly and the rest of the staff were incredibly transparent about every step of the work being done, and the store manager was such a kind gentleman. The whole team is truly outstanding at what they do, and I genuinely appreciate their hard work and professionalism. If you’re looking for quality repairs and great customer service, Mitchell’s Body Shop is definitely the place to go.

Shelley and Mindy are phenomenal for the customer service team! They kept me informed the whole way through the repair and put up with my repeat phone calls for silly questions! We have had multiple vehicles serviced here over the years. Always friendly, pretty timely turn around. No issues. This time- I had very minor damage on my brand new Jeep Grand Wagoneer from being rear ended the second week I had it. Upon pick up and inspecting it we realized one of my rims was damaged. There were new scratches on several of them but I’ll chalk it up to the car wash. I have kept this vehicle meticulously inside and out. I hand wipe this down to the wheels. It was denied any damage had been done or even could have been done. (It was not visible on the intake pictures). After discussing it while picking my vehicle up and again when they called me- they decided to let me bring it back in and try to remedy it. I just picked my truck up. The wheel was cleaned. Great experience and good people. I found a few little flaws in the paint but to me not that big of a deal. You wouldn't even know unless you got up close to it and new where the work was done.

I had a claim through the company I bought my jeep from. Shelley handled everything for me. I was in and out of there multiple times, and I know I was probably bothersome at some point, but every single person working there was always so polite and efficient in what they were doing. They’ve earned my business for any future auto body needs. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve seen in Jackson.
