Mitch's All Around Auto

Our alternator started dying when we were passing through town on a weekend trip to the beach. I called Mitch and he told us to stop by. We made it and he had us back on the road in a little over an hour. Great service on a friday night. He'd be a great choice for my go-to mechanic if I lived locally. Nice guy, quick, and charged a good price. Definite recommendation.

I went to Mitch today for my 2009 Ford Focus which my ignition switch was dead. He got the job done quick and accurately. He gave me soooo much knowledge on what my car needed fix for the rest of my repairs so it doesn’t break down anywhere. He helped me understand so much in such a little amount of time. He earned himself a loyal customer especially with his pricing. I been robbed with going to other stores; however, since I found him I’m staying. Next we need to work on my belt, valve gasket covers, and a few others to have my car as well as it needs to be. Thank you for being sweet and knowledgeable. You saved me tons and did an extraordinary job. See you in two weeks for the next repairs.

I had my left front caliper start freezing up on me on Saturday afternoon(7/18). Tried three places and no one could help. Found Mitch on Google and called him and left a message. He called me back in less than ten minutes. He told to go get the parts and he could take care of it that evening. Unfortunately the parts place gave me the wrong part. They had to order one that would be in by 10am Sunday!! Picked up the part Sunday morning and called Mitch and he took care of it and I was on my way by 11:45!!! He will be getting my family's business now!! Fantastic experience!!!

I call Mitch the “Car Whisperer” because he truly is. Prices are more than reasonable and he makes sure that the proper parts for your vehicle are used. Very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Don’t know what I’d do without Doc!

Absolutely amazing. Found him off of Google and didn’t have to keep looking. Very professional and knowledgeable about any any all vehicles. Will definitely be our mechanic for as long as we are here in VA. Already have another vehicle getting ready to go to him. Highly recommended.
