Repeated repairs, unauthorized work, rude staff, zero accountability—avoid this shop. I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with Mize Tire & Auto, specifically dealing with Matthew. Initially, I was told my car only needed a throttle body relearn. A few days later, that failed, and I was told the throttle body itself needed to be replaced. A week later, the exact same issues returned, and I was told the brand-new throttle body they installed was “bad” and needed to be replaced again. After the second throttle body replacement, the car still wouldn’t operate correctly. On the drive home, it wouldn’t go over 40 mph, felt extremely weak, and acted like it might stall. I would truly give 0 Stars if that were an option. I truly hope this review saves someone else the headache I've experienced here. My car was brought in multiple times for the same unresolved issue, despite parts and labor being under warranty. Five visits are far too many to walk away with no real resolution--not to mention the hundreds of dollars spent. I will not be bringing my car back, warranty or not. Save your time, money, and stress and go elsewhere. You would honestly have a better chance troubleshooting and fixing the issue yourself.

Mize was able to fix my door lock and replace my headlights for less than half the cost at the dealership. It was even completed in time for me to be able to pick my car up on my lunch break. Great service!

Disappointing experience. Communication was poor, timelines kept changing, and the final work didn’t match what was promised. Terrible service cannot recommend.
