Mizumo Auto

I stopped by to pick up some car parts for my dad doing a DIY project. I actually wanted to buy on their website, but noticed they were located within driving distance (LA county). A quick call and someone on the other line let me know that they do have a pick-up office available. The lady at the office who helped me was very nice, as I wasn’t super sure what exactly my dad wanted. I provided her with the “code” from their website and she was able to handle it all from that point. I only waited about 10 minutes while they grabbed what I needed from the back and I was off and on my way. I would highly recommend buying from Mizumo Auto based on my experience!

I recently did a build on a Toyota Truck with a 3VZ type engine. I decided to go with BRAND NEW HEADS. I came to to pick them up at MIZUMO and got a good deal on a pair of heads. So far so good. (No issues with valve/lash noise). The engine runs and sound good. Btw, new parts from local chain stores/dealers fail sometimes as well. I got a new transmission from a local Nissan dealer and it failed once the installation was completed. I lost labor, programming and towing charges. No one likes it when this happens but it is the nature of the business sometimes. MIZUMO are good people and you get a limited warranty on the parts as well. I have not had any problems with their product so far. But I can certainly understand they will have returns/comebacks as so much product is moved regularly. Th

I ordered a camshaft and rockers for an older toyota. In a short time the cam had an issue. I contacted Thang at Mizumo at he took care of me right away. I'm disappointed that the part had an issue but as a retired auto service manager I could not be happier with the way the situation was handled. Top notch service all the way. Thank you.
