You're better off pushing it. Had my vehicle towed from my work to a GM dealership as my car key was broken and unable to start. During the process of the tow they snapped my tie rod. When I called they tried to tell me that my car was hit and that they didn't do it. There was no damage to my wheel or vehicle so that was clearly a lie. The truck operator offered to replace the tie rod after some back and forth. Unfortunately that is just where the nightmare began. When I got my vehicle back it was out of alignment, so clearly they did not check their work when it was completed. They crushed my caliper and destroyed my brakes. Instead of telling me this they just handed me my keys and said it was done. While driving my car home it threw sparks and could not turn right hardly at all. When i

Total rip off, promised to repair head gasket, held the car for 3 weeks then said they couldn't get to it for 3 months. Raised the charges 70% (so no work done) then charged $170 for a round trip tow of 1.4 miles. Under staffed and lack professional standards. When you tow it to the shop to do the work then Fail to do the work and charge a tow back to my house, I call that a ripoff.

TOTAL SCAM, STAY AWAY!!! Had AC repaired for $1200 then + $800 = $2,000 = Still not fixed. After week of driving, NO AC. Went back, another $800. Set there 4 hours,was told, pressure hose was bad $350, and another $210 for freon and again for labor. Not to mention hearing of the gambling inside garage, and getting to meet the largest/worse drug dealer in Hopewell. 2 weeks later, NO AC. Went to another shop, fixed for $45, for part and filled with freon, NO PROBLEMS. The 2 visits to M&J cost me total of $2,000 which included $420 ($210 per visit for freon) (I do not have rear AC) FOR YOUR FINANCIAL AND PERSONAL SAFETY, STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.
