MK Auto

I took my car here today to get a smog check done. That went fine and the price was good even though it took over an hour to do and I had to sit in a waiting room with ants all over the table. However, here is my issue. I paid for my smog check and took the car to run an errand and when I parked it I noticed that the back passenger side tire rim was scratched with chipped paint and awful scrapes all over it. I called MK Auto to ask them if something had happened and they denied it, but considering it was not like that, literally 20 minutes before taking it to them and then it was after getting my car from them, I find that very hard to believe. Do not take your car here unless you want some damage, a lot of denial, and zero help.

6 months ago a friend referred me to MK Auto because she trusted one of their head car salesmen whom she has known for many years. I had no idea that for the next 41 months I'd be living with such a horrible decision. Cash, the salesman, knowing that this was my first dealer experience took full advantage of how naïve I was. I was talked into a high mileage '07 Impala that had been previously in an accident. Which was conveniently not disclosed to me. By the time this car is done being paid off I will have paid close to $10,000 over the blue book price. This is the one and only deal that they said would be offered me. The more research I do, the more sick to my stomach I get with each discovery of ways that this car salesman and MK Auto has milked me for all they could. I so wish I

The second ever bi-annual "smog certification required" notice came with my '03 VW Jetta Diesel Wagon registration this year...What fun!!!...Not! Anyhow, my car passed smog without a problem. Quick and easy. If you're in the Sacramento area, I recommend M.K. Auto Inc. I paid $33.20 total (including certificate)....Not too shabby...;0) For those of us who go back a few years in Sacramento, M.K. Auto Inc. is located where the old Swift Dodge dealership use to be at the corner of Arden and Bell.

Awesome service with fair price and time flexible to drop off and to pick it up after fixed.
