After getting into an accident in April that left my car totaled, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. Marcos stepped in and completely took over communication with my insurance company, advocating on my behalf every step of the way. Thanks to his persistence and support, my insurance ended up covering the costs and my vehicle was returned to me looking and running like new. Marco at MK was great. I got in a fender bender and dropped my car off around 12:30 on a Friday and my car was ready around 2 hours later. When I was on the phone with him, he said I can even schedule pick up on Saturday morning, and I don't even think they're open yet! Marco worked through his lunch to ensure my car was ready by the afternoon. Fantastic experience all around and great customer service.
