This truck center is one of the best I've ever experienced!! Another truck backed into our truck knocking out our headlight. We were in between loads just delivered and headed to pick up at the shipper in a few hours...not with one headlight though. I called this shop to see if they had a light. They didn't, but Freightliner was across the street. So we went and picked up the light and the staff at M & K got us rolling again...unbelievably in less than 20 minutes...we were in and out. The staff were AWESOME! Very courteous and extremely helpful. I could really tell that each one of them cared about the job they did and the customer they served...me. They were AWESOME! Call ahead they are really busy. When we dropped our truck off, only three service people came to work. *When we picked our truck up it wouldn't start. They blamed the driver (me) for not letting the grid heater cycle, causing it not to start. I said it only had 11 amps showing on the gauge, instantly dropping to 10. It was ready when they went back to get it the following day. Don't blame a driver that has driven for thirty years when your people messed up.

My husband bought a truck from this company and they said The truck will be ready for pick up and it wasn’t until two weeks later. The truck had issues that they said that they would fix it was not fixed. They said that he could take possession of the truck and that they would fix the issues upon returning and they never did. They are liars. Would not recommend this company!

I bought a 2020 Volvo VNL 760 four months ago. The truck was sold to me as “road ready” with a DOT inspection sticker valid until 2026. Since the day I bought it, I’ve been stuck constantly repairing it. I had to replace the clutch, steering arm, air valve, and the rubber mounts that hold the driveshaft to the frame. Now the air dryer valve is bad, and there’s still a humming noise coming from underneath the truck that I can’t figure out. Do not buy a truck from this place — stay away. If you do, you’ll regret it. Before buying, I noticed oil leaking from the hub and broken air tank straps. I specifically asked them to fix it, and they promised it would be done before the sale. Drove 3 1/2 hrs one way to checkout a 2019 T800 green 10 speed manual truck here. They acted as though it was in good condition and had their own DOT inspection. Fluids were barely at minimum and the oil was really over full. Started it up and it had a loud clanking sound on the front of the engine. While I was checking it out trying to listen where the sound was coming from, in which I was standing on the steer tire, the truck started to roll. I had to jump off and jump in pressing the foot brake to stop it. Double checked the truck brake, no reason it should’ve rolled. Got under it and the transmission plate had been removed, and install with different bolts and added washers probably because they were to long which is fine but one of them at least was badly cross threaded and causing th
