Had a water pump leak on my Volvo VNL 760. TA at exit 173 confirmed the issue, then I went to M&K Volvo at exit 158. The staff were very professional and friendly. The manager told me they were busy but would look at my truck after noon. By 11 AM they had me in, and by 1:30 PM the job was done. They even washed the motor cover, handled everything under warranty, and got me back on the road quickly. Excellent service and great team.
Carl from the parts department saved the day, one of my trucks was limping towards M&K with a busted EGR cross over tube rubber coupler, all it took is a quick phone call to parts, Carl located the part and helped process the payment by EFS before my driver got there, he had the part out for my driver soon as he pulled up to the dealership, top notch service! Give the guy a raise!!! He deserves it
Really best team works there , will recommend to everyone they checked everything by details and fixed my truck like their own truck. Really, thank you for your job. They have done with fixing in 30 minutes changed my filters fast team works
Prompt service for a blown 1800W inverter (main fuse). Quick fix and solutions for other issues with the truck. Service that fast can’t be guaranteed but I was fortunate. Still providing quick service. Helpful group of people.
