MKE TOWING & RECOVERY 24/7

Absolutely ridiculous company!! I waited 7 hrs, called more than 6 times, and was told 45 minutes or sooner each time. The last call said they were 25 minutes out. Half an hour passed, and nothing no confirmation, no call, and excuses when on the phone. I had to cancel and call a different company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I had to call in to work to wait for nothing. chose a different company if you need a tow.

The service I got from MKE Towing & Recovery Thursday February 12th was excellent. I scheduled an appointment for the following day to have my car towed from my job and they had no problem booking me at the time of my choosing and actually called me on the appointment day and asked me if I wanted the tow done earlier since they had some drivers free which was courteous of them. The tow truck driver named Jeremy was very professional, had a good attitude, answered all my questions, the inside of his tow truck did not stink, he was quick, he did not scratch my car in the process, and he was patient as I needed a moment to exit out of work while he waited patiently by my vehicle. If I ever need to be towed again I will look to call MKE Towing & Recovery first before any other towing outfit

Jeremy was excellent! He went out of his way to help change my spare time and at a very reasonable price as well. Will definitely keep this place in mind if I ever need road side assistance :)

Terrible customer service. I get that it's Monday and it's busy, but I've been waiting for 3 hours. There's no reason to hang up when I just appreciate updates. I'm patient, but you need to communicate if there's lots of tows lined up. I only used the tow as it was provided for a discount by insurance, but I am definitely avoiding MKE towing if I can. EDIT - I finally get cooperation when they have a confirmed driver, but I waiting from 12:55 until 4:15 to know my "tow in 1 hour" was 10 minutes away.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️2nd time MKE has towed my car. Great experience from start to finish! The dispatch team was super responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. Danny, the flatbed tow driver, was professional, careful, and handled my car with the utmost care. He arrived promptly, loaded the vehicle smoothly and made the whole process stress‑free. Highly recommend both the service and Danny for any towing needs! 🚚💯
