Craig and the team were amazing! The service was awesome from start to finish, and the communication was great throughout the entire process. Craig took the time to explain what was needed, kept me updated, and made everything easy and stress-free. My car was ready when promised and running great. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for honest, professional service and great customer care.

The team was very attentive, professional, and thorough. They got the job done right, and even when I had to come back a second time, they were just as helpful and efficient. Over the weekend i rode over something that made my oil pressure low. I brought my car in to get looked at Tuesday evening right before closing time. I explained to Craig my concerns and he ensured me that his team would take care of me. He called me on Wednesday to discuss everything that was wrong with my vehicle. I told him it was ok to proceed with the work. And Thursday morning i got a call telling me my car was ready. When I tell you I am so pleased with their services. I came to this location today 11/21/25 and Craig is a great guy to deal with. Very helpful, friendly and got me through efficiently. The auto tech who did my oil change was very thorough and showed me my battery is running low and suggested some maintenance that is needed. Great experience today. Merrillville is my usual go to, but they were booked solid. I can see they treat their customers great at other locations too now. I highly recommend M&M Car Care.

I knew I needed an oil change and tune up. I was hell bent on taking the car back to the dealership. Then I found M&M read some reviews, reached out to Mr. Craig. He went over my car with a fine tooth comb; sent me the inspection via phone & email. I chose what I felt needed to be done right away. I could not be happier with the service and how my car runs.
