Samir is amazing! He’s honest, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond a regular service call. He replaced my ABS sensor that animals had chewed through, and also checked other areas and gave advice on how to protect the engine going forward. I had spoken with other mechanics before him and most tried to upsell unnecessary work or charge outrageous prices. One even told me that if the cable was damaged I needed new brake pads too — which made me wonder if I should also change the engine while I was at it! Samir, on the other hand, gave me a fair price, straight answers, and explained everything clearly. No wonder he’s always busy — good, honest mechanics are rare. I contacted Samir on a Saturday and was able to book a pre-purchase inspection for Sunday morning. I found him to be prompt, thorough, patient, and honest. We went on a test drive and Samir gave me some important pointers about driving the car. Made an appointment to see if I had a coolant leak. I contacted Mobile Auto Care LLC and right away they stopped by and told me what was wrong with my car. Got my water pump replaced and he made sure the water pump was installed correctly with no leaks afterwards. He was very professional, the price was good, and the service was great!!
