Mobile Car Wash Express has great customer service friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. While I wasn’t impressed with the detailing service itself and expected a bit more attention to detail, the staff made the experience pleasant. The price was great. A lil bit improvements to the detailing, this could be a solid option. I will have to try them a different day

Very disappointed! I stopped by on a Saturday to confirm if they detailed vehicles with PPF wrap. The first guy seemed unsure, then called the owner, Maurice, who confirmed they do and told me to make an appointment. I came back for my 1pm appointment. After waiting about 5 minutes, I asked if Maurice was on the way, and was told yes. Thirty minutes later—still no Maurice. Instead, the guy told me Maurice wanted them to start on the interior only. After 5+ minutes passed, and when I stepped outside, I saw they were washing my car with a pressure washer—exactly what you’re not supposed to do with PPF wrap. When I asked again where Maurice was, I got the same answer: “He’s on his way.” Eventually, the guy said my car was “ready.” Ready for what? A rewash. Bugs were still on my bumper, headli

The customer service was wonderful. They went above and beyond. It was late and closing time but they still stayed to take care of my car. I had a parade the next morning and the rental I received wasn't parade ready. Morris and Kay were amazing and the car was beautiful. I appreciate the customer service because you just don't find customer service like this nowadays. I will be back.

Just left having my car serviced. Excellent job cleaning the car outside and mostly inside. Not sure the team forgot but my console is the same as when I brought the vehicle ad ther e or spots still on the door. Not sure what sur what happened.
