Mobile Mechanic of Statesville

We had a water pump go out on us while traveling. These guys communicated very well, worked with us to expedite parts and service to meet our deadline for arrival where we needed to be, and were amazingly cool about it the whole time. Cannot recommend highly enough!! Quality people, quality service. Best mechanic experience I’ve had, mobile or otherwise.

Found ourselves stuck with a coolant leak. Reached out to these guys and they were quick to get us back on the road! Worked with me to get parts needed and the tech showed up fast. They had me back on the road in no time! Would definitely recommend for any mechanic needs. Super nice dudes also, made our situation better all around

I can't speak to the quality of the work because it never got done. Quick response on the website and a quick (albeit not complete) diagnosis followed by weeks of unanswered calls and text messages from the mechanic and a lot of back and forth with customer service resulted only in one more visit to my car (also followed by another week of communication issues) and a much more expensive diagnosis. The mechanic no longer wanted to do it, the other mechanics in the network didn't want to do it, then the original mechanic said he would do it for $4,000 (initial estimate was $156). I put the money in the escrow account and I eventually disputed it because I got tired of asking exactly what the mechanic DID do to it (he was supposed to have replaced the ignition switch and a relay, but I have n

Fast response and reply by text was helpful as im ar work sorting out a car issue. Jordan was super nice and helpful over the phone. Even though I didn't use the mobile services today he chose to be honest and give me a cheaper option to my car issue which he didn't have to do that! I will definitely bookmark this shop to use their services later! Ty for being an honest company
