Eric is an amazing guy. Long story short, I had a major vehicle issue while visiting family in California. Was really struggling with who to call because I knew it would be a big job. Took a chance and called him. The hands down best service I’ve ever had. The attention to detail and care he took in getting the job done right was top shelf. I have told all my family in California about him. So much better than a dealer or big shop. You can’t go wrong with Eric.

Great Service. Great Guy. Eric is very honest and helpful.. He doesn't take advantage like most mechanics do.. Very Reasonably Priced. We were stuck where our car wasn't drivable for over a week, and we kept getting the run around from these other so called "mobile" mechanics.. They said they would show up and then they never did....Then we found Eric on a Google Search for Mobile Mechanics in our Area, and texted him, and he responded right away. He came over the same day and helped us asap, as we were stuck.. He did the job, and even stayed to make sure the car wasn't leaking and that all the parts worked.. Passionate. Professional. Prompt and Personable. Dealership quality work without the dealership price. Eric provides not only incredible service ; but educated me on how best to care for my car. (So I can avoid making damaging mantiance mistakes in the future...and I have made quite a few…) He legitimately cares about his customers and is passionate about his craft. He used to work at a dealership but then struck out on his own as a Mobil service. And THANK JESUS! Because now that I’ve experienced Mobil car service.. I’m never going back. Wow where to start!!!! 0 Lets start with a 0. If I was able to give Eric a 0 star he would have it. I travel around the world and happened to have my truck break down in Pasadena while traveling. The friend I was staying with recommended Eric since he is the person her mother and herself use for their vehicles. It was late at night and I was not expecting Eric to come and diagnosis my truck at 10pm at night. He advised me that it would be $125.00 to diagnose my truck. I let Eric know at that time I have to pass as I just spent a lot on parts and will see if I can find someone who would diagnose cheaper or at no cost to get my business. He understood was a bit abrasive as too why I didn't want him to come out that night to diagnose it. I needed a break and let him know again that I need

Eric is an awesome guy. Really wants to work with you and make the job as easy to deal with as possible. He helps where he can and makes it really easy on you to make decisions on how you want your vehicle repaired. He asks you how and what you want to do giving you options on how to fix your car. He takes you to get your parts at a discount and you never overpay. Guys not only honest but he’s just all around good guy. 3👍🏽’s out of 3 👍🏽’s because he’s knowledgeable good at his job and friendly.
