Mobile Pro Auto Glass Inc

I'll change this review if something changes as he was nice and very professional, but he called me the day of the appointment stating he completely forgot to order the windshield. This was alright, he offered to come out to the place we were getting something else fixed and do it then. He then apparently didn't have or lost or order wrong and we are currently missing a weather strip. They called for payment and let us know they ordered the piece, and that was almost a week ago. Text and got reply it hasn't come in yet. When they called for payment, we paid in full without any complaints, delay, and we didnt even ask for a discount because the price was pretty decent as is and like i said he was very nice and still is, but my patience is now thin. Take what you will from this review, and I

Had brick fly thru my windshield. Called mobile pro glass. They orered it, it was ready in two days. They came out to my house and installed in no time flat. They called me before to give me a time. They showed up on time and did a great job.

I need a windshield repair due to a crack across the window and Wayne was easy to work with. Good communication and a down to earth guy. I will definitely use him again if I ever need him.

I love the service I was provided. They came out to my home within two days of my request. My windshield was put in within 20 minutes. Very kind and courteous. Payment was done fast and easy. I will definitely recommend to others.

Called to ask about getting my vehicle looked at, because the front-passenger window fell out of the track and was stuck down in the door. Receptionist, over the phone, told me I needed to go to the store, buy a regulator, and then have them install it. Nope. Went back to an auto glass shop I trust, they opened the door panel, and saw everything was fine, but the glass needed to be re-glued. Easy fix, done in an hour, and my regulator did NOT need replacing. I'd have been an idiot to listen to someone whose job is answering the phone, tell me what I need without even looking at the vehicle in the first place. The technicians may do great work, but they need a new receptionist.
