we had a problem with broken air hose on the truck in the evening. Justin came to fix and instead of replacing the hose, just patched up the broken connection (on high pressure air hose!). When payment were suggested CC over the phone (as usual, standard), he demanded pics of both sides of CC plus pic of the ID must be sent to him!?! Immediately! $575 for this half baked job, and 20mins to get his demand! before we got the approval and agreed to even this crazy demand: he lost his mind and ripped off the air hose, took his part and left! Good thing we didn't go with "fixing" of this guy: it wouldn't hold the pressure anyways! in the morning we replaced the hose completely with a new one for $400 (labor and parts all uncluded) with some other very nice repairman! Shows up on time and communicates well. Easily insulted, will not get dirty and will not pull a drive line to move a truck to a safe place to wait on wrecker. Sent out our mechanic. Cranked truck and drove home under own power. Sticking bendix in starter.

Volvo broke down, Justin was able to come out had the right parts, coolant we needed. Great service would recommend. Got us going in no time.

Our hose was brake down ..he told us to charge 300$ . He came fix 20 min then demand 600$ only 25 miles he charged us 300$ more .. once I ask we agreed 300$ for one and half hour service he behave rudely with us .. please avoid

our 2018 Cascadia had air system issues on 9/3/2025, so we called Justin for repair.after 30 minutes he arrived but told us the truck needed to be towed to a repair shop because the air compressor was broken and he doesn’t handle compressor repairs. so ,we called a tow and waited until the next day. The shop inspected the truck and found it was just a leaking hose—the compressor was working fine. I’m so speechless when i heard about this !! We wasted thousands of dollars because of Justin’s misdiagnosis. This guy is so unknowledgeable and careless, and it feels like they only care about taking money from drivers’ pockets, not helping us. I’d give him zero stars if I could. !!!!!!!Beware of this guy before you call!!!!!!
