Mobley Tire & Auto Service

I've been here 3 times. Most recently, I took my car here for a wheel alignment, and 5 months later I had to get it redone at Discount Tire. Discount Tire is less expensive than Mobley too. Do not trust Mobley with your car or your business. The service here is also very poor if the owner is working. The family's son was super friendly and helpful. But the other two times, the female owner has been incredibly rude. She acts like you're wasting her time. She didn't even leave the back office to come up to the counter but just talked to me across the room. And when I didn't understand her question, she did everything but roll her eyes at me while asking it in a clearer manner.

In finding a place to work on your vehicle, while expertise is essential, what you yearn for is a place that you can trust. Trust that they have your best interests at heart, meaning they will determine the severity of the issue and advise you on the degree this is a 'must do' or 'wait and see' problem nor with they try to 'up sell' you given your vulnerability in that you need your car and you have already sunk time in visiting the repair shop. Mobley Tire is that rare business that earns this trust. Delivering top quality service and excellent communication. If that isn't enough, they are advocates for some of God's favorite creatures....shelter dogs. If you need tires, brakes, etc. Mobley is the place to go.

This shop is a hidden gem and not seen from the main road (Ponce de Leon in Decatur). Good service, fair prices. Today I stopped for an oil change and tire rotation and was pleased with the fair price and quick service. While I was there, I overheard a service employee tell a customer that "his alignment was perfect" and he didn't need to pay for it to be done. Honesty. Yes!

The absolute best in the area. Family owned in Tucker for many years. I have purchased 2 sets of tires there. Also, mechanical services for my Honda. Fast, great work and fair prices. Donnie and the crew are the best.

This place has the most honest and caring owner. If you want to get your car serviced and that is above and beyond and also that you know is going to be honest and not raise the price on everything, this is the place to go. I came in for an alignment, and It was done quickly, and after he was done, he came out and told me everything about my tires. I knew, but he said he just had to be sure I knew for safety reasons.
